Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Most products are shipped out with either USPS (First Class/Priority) or UPS (Ground/Surepost). Average delivery is 2-5 business days.​​

  • We package all our products carefully and fully secured to ensure safe arrival.

  • Most products are shipped out on the same day Monday to Friday before 5pm.

​

  • Please make arrangements to be home when delivery occurs or arrange a safe delivery location to prevent package theft. We are not responsible for package theft or shipping carrier errors or mishaps.

Return & Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer returns/exchanges EXCEPT on products that are a result of our error (received incorrect item.)
