Frequently asked questions
General
• Most products are shipped out on the same day using either USPS or UPS. Delivery is usually between 2-5 business days.
• Please make arrangements to be home when delivery occurs or arrange a safe delivery location to prevent package theft. We are not responsible for package theft.
NOTE:
• Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday before 5pm.
• Expedited shipping is available on certain products.
• Delivery times may occasionally suffer due to inclement weather.
• Orders are shipped out with either USPS (First Class/Priority) or UPS (Ground/Surepost) services, depending on the package and destination.
• Expedited services are available on certain products during checkout.
• All orders are shipped out fast, safely and secure within box with filler to ensure safe delivery.
• Shipping within the United States is typically a flat $6 fee for a majority of products.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and APO destinations do not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping.
• In order to preserve the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns on any trading card games (Pokemon/Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc).
• You may return most new/unopened items that are a result of our error (received incorrect item.)
• If a result of our error, we will provide a return shipping label.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at arc2015entertainment@gmail.com (mailto:arc2015entertainment@gmail.com)with clear photos of the damaged product along with its shipping container and shipping label.
• Please email our support team at arc2015entertainment@gmail.com (mailto:arc2015entertainment@gmail.com)with the order number you would like to cancel.
• Note: due to processing times, we can not guarantee cancellation of an order as it may have already been processed and shipped.
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
Please report all damages occurred during transit by emailing our support team at arc2015entertainment@gmail.com (mailto:arc2015entertainment@gmail.com)with the order number along with clear pictures of the damaged product, shipping label and shipping container.
